Dimore Norcia was born from our ambitious project to renovate several apartments located in the historic center of Norcia and make them available to guests who want to visit us, with the aim of offering the welcome and warmth of a home. The apartment at 32, Via Umberto I is the first to be activated.
It is located on the ground floor of a nineteenth-century building. It has been recently renovated, furnished with a modern and essential taste, with great attention and attention to detail. It is about 35 square meters, consisting of a living room with kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Norcia is a small town located at the foot of the Umbria-Marche Apennines, on the border between Umbria and Marche, in the green heart of Italy, the Valnerina, a magnificent valley that follows the course of the Nera River from Narni to Visso.
It is immersed in the Sibillini Mountains National Park, which protects the homonymous mountain massif extending between the regions of Marche and Umbria, divided into four provinces: Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Macerata and Perugia.

Castelluccio di Norcia, about 20 km away, you can experience the thrill of admiring the village of Castelluccio and Pian Grande dominated by Mount Carrier which, with its 2476 m, is the highest peak in the Apennine chain.
Not to be missed, between the months of June and July is the “flowering”, a wonder of nature that is renewed every year: pesticides are not used in the fields planted with lentils and weeds such as mustard flowers, poppy, chamomile bloom. , cornflowers and other wild flowers that color the plain. The wild species are left free to grow and bloom, coloring the plain with a thousand different shades that change over time: ranging from the yellow of the mustard, to the red of the poppy, up to the blue of the cornflower. In fact, the flowers bloom at different times, thus guaranteeing two months of different colorful blooms.
Spoleto, about 45 km away is this wonderful city, an example of a medieval village. Extraordinarily rich in art and protagonist of prestigious events, such as the Festival dei Due Mondi, also known as the Spoleto Festival, an international event of music, art, culture and entertainment that takes place annually in July, is among the cities symbol of international culture.
